The internet has a strange way of turning certain figures into ever-present echoes.
You scroll through Instagram, wander across X, dip into a blog or even a LinkedIn post and there it is: another Anthony Bourdain quote, crisp against a backdrop of dimly lit streets, steaming bowls of noodles, or distant landscapes.
Why Bourdain? Why not the hundreds of other famous writers, chefs, and travelers who left behind sharp observations?
I think the answer lies in three intertwined forces: his voice, his timing, and our hunger for authenticity.
