For your wellbeing, it's a must fare

Be kind to yourself, my dear
For it's the only thing that's clear
In life, you must learn to care
For your well-being, it's a must fare

Take time to relax and unwind
From the stress, be sure to unbind
You are worthy of love and care
Remind yourself to be kind and fair.

Be gentle with your heart and mind
This is the best way; you will find
Be kind and generous to yourself
This will help you find happiness and wealth.

Be kind to yourself, my dear
You'll be thankful when you can persevere
In life, kindness should be your guide
For it will help make your life more sublime.
