Hey Wisdomous friends,
It's wonderful to be back in front of your gaze. I hope you had a pleasant week. I'm surfing in the afternoons when it's around 30 degrees, and I can affirm that I'm not built for the heat. This week, I was thinking about a quote I shared ten years ago.
You laugh a lot, but you wanna be quiet. You pretend to be heartless, but you are very sensitive. Life is demanding.
Life can be demanding at times. This is why I always tell my friends to take it easy. If we all learned to slow down a little and heal from life's demands, life would be so much easier.
Healing is an infinite process. It continues because reality involves pain.
Pain is a part of being, but being is not bound to the pain. Thus, you are permanently healed the instant you replace healing with being.
Life is demanding; treat yourself with kindness by simply being!
Don't be afraid to stand for what you believe in, even if you stand alone.
The more you are thankful, the more you attract things to be thankful for.
How rare and beautiful is it to even exist.
The distance between dreams and reality is action.
The best work you'll ever do is working on yourself.

So let’s sort out our inner world: No one sees us inside; only we know the inadequacies that we carry and need some sorting.
How to do the long distance love: Wafa and Moutaz exemplify the long-haul love story of many immigrants, whose children, parents, and spouses remain on the other side of geopolitical barriers. They want to be together. They long for the normalcy of family dinners, daily commutes, and coffee dates. And so they wait.
5 Mantras to Calm Your Anxious Mind: The key to managing chronic worry is to deal with it as soon as it pops into mind and is still manageable.
