Hey Wisdomous friends, I hope you are doing well, and if not, no rain ever lasted forever. Have faith and stay strong. Pick up your notebook, write those dark thoughts on a page, shed a tear if you must, then tear that page out of that book, and that is a must. This week I learned the word "Asé", pronounced as "ah-shay". It is a Yoruba philosophy that translates to "so let it be" and refers to the spiritual life force that flows through things. Asé is powerful.Asé is the life force that can be increased or decreased throughout our lives, depending on our choices.Asé is a word of affirmation. It is bold and powerful and affirms out loud that which resonates in our heart as true.Asé means the power to create that which you speak. It is imperative to choose your words wisely and intentionally. If you only realized how much Asé you have to create that you speak, you would become much more aware of the words you add your life force to.If you are reading this, Amen Asé!
